I have no complaints whatsoever about the product itself; in fact, when you see that you actually get 12 eggies cups and 2 slicers for 10 bucks plus postage and handling, that to me seems very reasonable. The product I received was well made. The bummer is that people who don't live in the lower 48 have to pay an additional surcharge of 10 dollars, but I guess it all depends on your outlook of how much the aggravation is worth to you. It also is only available to those in the continental US, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, so if you don't live within the US or those countries that I mentioned, you're out of luck for right now. Oh, you also have to wait 2-6 weeks for shipping; I received mine in about 10 days so I don't really have a complaint there, either.

This is kind of a con, because you can't buy it in stores so you have to pay the additional postage and handling but to me it was worth it.
