Make your own 90 calorie brownies

I have had a few people ask about the added fiber of the Fiber One brownies vs. the 81.5 calorie home made ones. Well the difference in fiber is 4g, That is less than 1 tsp of the leading Fiber Powder products, I'm pretty sure that most people would have a glass of milk (or other beverage) just add your tsp of fiber powder to it. Or better yet get your fiber naturally (all of these provide at least 3g of fiber):
